Ingredients
1. Vermicelli ---- 1/2 cup
2. Boiled potato ---- 2no
3. Bread crumbs ----3/4cup
4. Crushed peanuts ----1/4cup
5. Green chilli ---- 2no
6. Salt to taste
7. Pepper powder ---- 1teaspoon
8. Lemon juice ---- 1teaspoon
9. Oil
10.Coriander leaves few
Preparation method
1. Boil the vermicelli at water till it cooks soft and tender. Then strain the excess water and allow this to cool.
2. Then add the boiled and mashed potatoes along with the boiled vermicelli and mix this in a bowl.
3. Then add crushed peanuts , bread crumbs and finely chopped chillies coriander leaves salt lemon juice pepper powder and mix well. To make it like a dough.
4. The dough should not be sticky . If it's sticky then add little bread crumbs grease your palm with little oil and take lemon size balls out of the dough and make cutlets in any shape like circle or oval. Make cutlets out of the dough and set it aside
5. Now heat a pan and shallow fry the cutlets. If you want more crispy then deep fry them in oil.
6. When the cutlets are crispy and turns golden brown colour remove from oil and place it in tissue paper to drain excess oil.
7. Now serve this yummy vermicelli cutlets. Serve this with your favourite dips and enjoy the snacks !
