Ingredients;
1. Beetroot medium size ---- 2 nos
2. olive oil or salad oil ----1/2 teaspoon
3. Vinegar or limejuice ---- 1 tablespoon
4. Garlic crushed ---- 2 nos
5. Salt to taste
Preparation Method
1. Wash the beetroot and boil it in a pressure cooker until tender.
2. After boiling remove the outer skin of beetroot by running cold water.
3. Now slice the beetroots as round & thin slices.
4. Then toss with the oil, vinegar, garlic , salt and sliced beetroots.
