Ingredients
1. potatoes ---- 250 grams
2. boiled peas ---- 1 cup
3. lemon juice ---- 1 tablespoon
4. corn flour ---- 4 tablespoons
5. cumin seeds ---- 2 teaspoons
6. garam masala powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
7. green chilli paste ---- 1 teaspoon
8. grated cheese ---- 2 teablespoons
9. salt to taste
10. bread crumbs ---- 4 to 5 tablespoons
11. oil for frying
12. maida flour ---- 7 to 8 tablespoons
preparation method
1. Boil the potatoes remove the skin and mash well. Then add lemon juice , corn flour and salt and keep it aside.
2. for stuffing ; Heat a spoon of oil in a frying pan. Then add garam masala powder & cumin seeds , then add peas , green chilli paste , salt and grated cheese . Then cool the mixture.
3. Now take a little potat dough , pat it lightly . Add the stuffing and seal the sides. Repeat with the remaining potato dough and stuffing.
4. Mix the plain flour in the water and drop the stuffed potato in it.
5. Remove and roll in the bread crumbs and deep fry until golden brown
