cabbage parathas

Ingredients

1.   wheat  flour                                                                        ---- 2 cups
2.  cabbage                                                                              ---- 1/2 kg
3.  dry kasthuri methi leaves                                                     ---- 1 tablespoon
4.  red chlli powder                                                                 ---- 1 teaspoon
5.  salt to taste
6.  roasted  jeera powder                                                        ---- 1/2 teaspoon
7.  oil

preparation  method

1. In  a  large  bowl  ,  mix  wheat  flour , salt ,  grated  cabbage ,  dry kasthuri  methi leaves ,  red chilli powder ,  jeera  powder  and  sprinkle   required  water  to  knead  the  dough.  keep  this  aside  for  15 minutes.
2.  make  the  dough  into  small  balls.
3.  Then  press  into  thin  chappati  and  cook  on  both  sides  with  a  tawa.
4.  cabbage  paratha  is  ready  to  serve.

serve  this  with  any  Raithas    or  thooku
