Ingredients :
1. Ingee manga ---- 200 grams
2. Red chilli powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
3. salt to taste
4. Jaggery ---- 2 tablespoons
5. mustard & urad dhal ---- 1/4 teaspoon
6. Asofotida ---- 1/4 teaspoon
7. oil ---- 2 tablespoons
8. lemon juice ---- 1 teaspoon
Preparation Method
1. Wash & peel the skin of ingee manga
2. Then chop them into small pieces
3. Now heat a kadai with 2 tablespoons of oil and then add mustard & urad dhal & Asofotida and wait till it splutters.
4. Then add the chopped ingee manga pieces and then add salt to taste , red chilli powder & stir in very low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Then add the jaggery powder and stir for 2 to 3 minutes and then put-off the flame and cool it.
Now store this in clean glass bottle.
* By keeping this in Refrigeration you can preserve till a month and use it.
