Ingredients
1. cooked Rice ---- 2 cups
2. garlic ---- 5 to 6 flakes
3. grated coconut ---- 2 tablespoons
4. Red chillies ---- 4 no
5. salt to taste
TO TEMPER
1. coconut oil ---- 1 tablespoon
2. mustard ---- 1/2 teaspoon
3. urad dhal ---- 2 teaspoons
4. channa dhal ---- 2 tablespoons
5. jeera ---- 1 teaspoon
6. curry leaves few
PREPARATION METHOD
1. cook the rice and separate the grains.
2. fry the garlic and red chilli with little oil , then add the grated coconut and dry roast it in the same kadai. Then cool it and grind every thing as raw powder
3. Now heat a kadai with oil and add the temper ingredients and then add the grinded powder and then add salt to taste and cooked rice and mix well.
Now serve this hot with Appalams !
