Ingredients:
1. Red chillies ----10 nos
2. Salt to taste
3. Coriander seeds ---- 6 tablespoons
4. Tamarind ---- small lemon size ball
5. Curry leaves ---- a full hand
6. Urad dhal ----6 tablespoons
7. Broken channa dhal ----6 tablespoons
Preparation Method
1. Dry roast all the above said ingredients and grind it to powder form and store it in air tight container.
This you can use for plain white rice, this is a Andhra reciepe which i use to do in my kitchen.
