Ghee Biscuits




Ingredients:
1.      Ghee                       ---- 1/2 cup
2.      Maida flour             ---- 1 cup
3.      Sugar powder         ---- 1 cup
Preparation Method
1.      Take    a    bowl     add     1 cup    of    maida flour ,     1 cup   of    sugar powder ,      and     1 pinch   of   baking soda ,     then    mix    it    well.
2.     Then     add      the     ghee      little   by   little     and     make    it    as     a     dough. Don't press the dough.
3.Then make small balls from the dough.
4. Shape the balls as required. Don't  press the balls too much. It should be thick as it will expand and become thin after cooking.
5. Microwave for 2 minutes at 100% power level.
6. Cool and eat. It can be stored in an air tight container even for a month.

I had to make some snacks for my daughter. But, then I was lazy to make a snack. Thought this ghee biscuit which I learnt from my aunt would be the best option as it takes only 5 to 10 minutes. Quick and tasty too. Kids would especially love this snack.
