Ingredients:
1. Boiled egg ---- 4 nos
2. Tomatoes ---- 4 nos chopped
3. garlic ---- 6 nos chopped finely
4. Chilli powder ---- 2 teaspoons
5. Turmeric powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
6. Coriander powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
7. Salt to taste
8. Curry leaves few
9. Chopped coriander leaves few
10. Garam masala powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
11. Finely grinded coconut ---- 1 cup
or
coconut milk
Preparation Method
1. Heat a kadai add 1 teaspoon of oil to it , then add garam masala powder, then chopped onions and garlic then fry this for just 2 mintues.
2. Then add chopped tomatoes , chilli powder , coriander powder , turmeric powder , and salt to taste , then add 2 cups of water to it and allow it to boil for 5 mintues.
3. Then add grinded coconut paste or coconut milk and boiled eggs divided into half and then slow down the fire and wait till the gravy is thick.
4. Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve this gravy along with chapattis or with plain white rice
