Ingredients
1. bitter gourd small size ---- 6 to 7 nos
2. red chilli powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
3. salt to taste
4. Amchur powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
5. garam masala powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
6. pottu kadalai mavu / roasted gram flour ---- 4 to 5 tablespoons
preparation method
1. Rinse the bitter gourd and make a vertical cut on each bitter gaurd and remove the seeds and keep it aside.
2. Now mix all the dry spices powders with salt and now stuff the dry mix into the bitter gaurd and tie each bitter gaurd with a thread tightly.
3. Now heat a fry pan and add 3 tablespoons of oil and add the stuffed bitter gaurd and fry this in very low flame till it cooks well.
4. Then remove the thread and serve it.
