Ingredients:
1. Potato ---- 1 no
2. Chicken or mutton bone ---- 5 nos
3. Small onions ---- 1/2 cup
4. Whole green chillies ---- 10 nos
5. Ginger & garlic paste ---- 1 teaspoon
6. Coconut milk ---- 2 teacups
7. Salt to taste
8. Oil ---- 1 teaspoon
9. Cardamom ---- 1 no
10. Cinnamon ---- 1 small bit
11. Clove ---- 1 small bit
12. Lemon juice ---- 1 tablespoon
13. Curry leaves few
14. Coriander leaves few
15. mint leaves few
Preparation Method
1. Grind onions to fine paste and keep it aside.
2. Now heat a vessel add 1 teaspoon of oil to it and then add , cardamom , clove , cinnamon , whole green chillies , 1 teaspoon of chopped onions , curry leaves , mint leaves and fry it to light golden brown .
3. Then add grinded onion paste , ginger & garlic paste , salt to taste , then chopped potato and chicken bone and finally add 2 cups of water and close the lid and wait till the potato boils .
4. Then add coconut milk and wait till the required thickening consistency and then put off the flame .
5. Then transfer it to a bowl and then add lemon juice and then garnish with coriander leaves .
