Ingredients:
1. Big onions chopped ---- 1 cup
2. Curd ( not sour ) ---- 1 cup
3. Salt to taste
4. Chopped green chillies ---- 1 no
5. Sugar ---- 1 pinch
Preparation Method :
1. Take a fine stainner and put the curd into it and donot disturb it for 1 hour .
2. In the mean time take a bowl add chopped onions and little salt to it and mix it well and keep this aside for 1 hour .
3. After an hour take the onion bowl squeeze the excess water from the onions by pressing your hands .
4. Now take the curd stainner , you may absorbed the water drainning out from curd . Now using the thick curd add a pinch of sugar and chopped onions , green chillies and mix well .
5. Serve this immediatly .
