Masala Butter Milk

Ingredients :

1.      Curd                                             ---- 3 cups

2.      Green  chillies                               ---- 2 nos

3.      Ginger                                         ---- 1 small  bit

4.      Coriander  leaves   few

5.      Jeera  powder                            ---- 1 teaspoon

6.     Salt    to   taste

7.    Asofotida      a     pinch

8.    Curry   leaves                              ---- 5 to  6 leaves  crushed

Preparation  Method

1.     Whisk     the    curd     in      mixer    jar    using    water .

2.     Grind   green   chillies ,   coriander   leaves ,   curry  leaves    &      ginger      ,     with   salt .

3.     Now   mix   the   grinded     item   to   the   whisk   curd ,    then   add   jeera powder ,   asofotida   and   blend   altogether   with   required   water .   

4.    Now   serve   it   in   big   glass   tumblers .
