It is an tradionally made laddus. In olden days people used to offer groundnuts and jaggery if any one arrive at their home during hot sun defore offering water. Even today many people observe this groundnut and jaggery eaten together are said to increase the hemoglobin level and is good for your health. It is also very easy to make as the ingredients are readily available at home and it just takes some time to make it. Do try out this simple yet traditional laddu.
Ingredients
1. Roasted unsalted groundnuts ---- 1 cup
2. jaggery ---- 1/2 cup
preparation method
1. peal the skin of the roasted peanuts.
2. Then mince the peanuts coarse like bread crumbs.
3. Then add jaggery powder and blend one more time.
4. Now roll into small medium sized balls.
store in air tight containter and store for a month.
note
no need to make syrup out of the jaggery
