Ingredients
1. wheat flour ---- 3 cups
2. salt to taste
3. garlic finely chopped ---- 4 tablespoons
4. curd ---- 1/2cup
5. butter ---- 2 to 3 tablespoons
preparation method
1. Take a bowl add wheat flour , salt to taste and mix the flour with curd to make crumble dough. mix into smooth dough . knead the dough & keep it aside for 1 to 2 hours.
2. Then make it as balls and roll each ball with the rolling pin into a thin Roti.
3. sprinkle the chopped garlic pieces above the Rotis.
4. Heat a pan or tandoor and toast the rotis.
5. finally after roasting the rotis if you wish you can brush it with butter.
serve this hot with any gravy.
