Ingredients
1. Baby corn ---- 250 grams
2. capsicum ---- 1 no
3. Big onion ---- 2 nos
4. soya sauce ---- 1 teaspoon
5. salt to taste
6. pepper powder ---- 1 teaspoon
7. ginger & garlic paste ---- 1 teaspoon
8. coriander leaves few
9. lemon juice ---- 1 teaspoon
10. Tomato sauce ---- 1 teaspoon
11. oil ---- 1 tablespoon
preparation method
1. chop the baby corn length wise, cube the big onions in big size and keep every thing seperately.
2. Heat a pan with a tablespoon of oil and add the big onions and baby corn and saute for 4 to 5 minutes.
3. Then add salt to taste , ginger garlic paste , pepper powder and saute for 2 more minutes in very low flame.
4. Then add the cubed capcisum and soya sauce , lemon juice and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
5. finally add the tomato sauce and stir well and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
serve this hot as a starter or even with Roti's
