Instant kalakand



Ingredients

1) Paneer  / Indian cottage cheese               -- 500 grams

2) Condensed  milk                                     -- 400 grams

 3)  Whole  Milk powder                             -- 2 tablespoons

4)  Cardamom powder                                 -- 1/4 teaspoon

5)   Almonds chopped                                  -- 15 nos

6)   Pistachio  chopped                                 -- 15 nos


Preparation  Method

1) Grate  the panner & mash it.

2) In a  non stick pan  add paneer , condensed milk  &  milk powder   and  mix  well.

3) Then switch on the flame  and mix  well , once the mixture is thick and leaving the surface of the pan then add cardamom powder  and  turn of the flame.



4) Let  the mixture cool.

5)  Take a square tray and keep a liner and spread  the mixture and level the surface.   Then  sprinkle the  chopped  pista & Almond .

6) Now  press them down  gently.

7)  Set  in Refrigeration  for 45 minutes .

8)  Once  it is set then cut  them  into square.
