Ingredients
1) Milk powder -- 200 grams
2) Condensed Milk -- 200 grams
3) Saffron Milk -- 3 to 4 tablespoons
4) Cardamom powder -- 1/4 teaspoon
5) Ghee / Butter -- 15 grams
6) Almond sliced for garnishing
Preparation Method
1) Take 3 tablespoons of milk and add saffron & keep it aside.
2) Heat a non stick pan and add the butter till it melt.
3) Once it is melted add the milk powder and mix well.
4) Then add the condensed milk and mix every thing evenly . Add saffron milk and mix well.
5) After few minutes the mixture will turn thick & leave the sides.
6) Then take the mixture in a plate and let it cool.
7) When it is light warm roll the mixture and press as peda and slightly puss the Badam in.
Now the peda is Ready to serve.
