Ingredients
1. jeera ---- 1 tablespoon
2. Red chillies ---- 3 to 4 nos
3. Big onion ---- 1 nos
4. garlic flake ---- 2 no
5. Tamarind ---- big gooseberry size
6. oil ---- 2 teaspoons
7. mustard seeds ---- 1/2 teaspoon
8. curry leaves few
9. salt to taste
Preparation method
1. chop the onions finely , crush the garlic.
2. Grind jeera , red chillies and tamarind to a fine paste.
3. Now heat a kadai with oil and when it is hot , add mustard , then add chopped onion , crushed garlic and curry leaves and fry nicely. Now add the ground jeera paste along with little water , allow this to boil for 5 minutes.
