Ingredients
1. fresh coriander leaves ---- 1 cup
2. Roasted peanuts ---- 1/2cup
3. green chillies ---- 4 nos
4. Tamarind ---- small gooseberry size
5. oil
6. salt to taste
preparation method
1. Heat oil in a pan and add the green chillies and coriander leaves and fry till for 2 to 3 minutes . Then cool it.
2. First grind peanuts , green chillies , coriander leaves , tamarind , salt and grind it using little water.
3. Then temper it with mustard & urad dhal.
Serve this for pesarattu , dosa or Idlies
