Ingredients
1. pasta ( any type) ) ---- 200 grams
2. capsicum ---- 1 nos ( cube it )
3. fresh brasil leaves ---- 20 leaves
4. fresh omavalli leaves ---- 10 leaves
5. gralic ----- 4 flaks 9 chop finely)
6. corn flour ---- 1 tablespoon
7. milk ---- 5 to 6 tablespoons
8. pepper powder ---- 1 teaspoon
9. salt to taste
10. butter ---- 1 tablespoon
11. dry herbs powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
12. lemon juice ---- 1/2 tablespoon
preparation method
1. Boil water in a pan and add little salt and pasta and boil it and then drain the water and keep it aside.
2. Now heat a pan and add butter , cornflour , and garlic and roast this for a minute.
3. Then add milk , then add the boiled pastas , capsicum , salt to taste , pepper and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Then add chopped brasil leaves , chopped omavalli leaves and dry herbs powder and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
5. finally add the lemon juice and mix well and put-off the flame.
serve hot !
