Ingredient
1. Rice flour ---- 1cup
2. Besan ---- 1cup
3. Pepper corn ---- 10nos
4. Thulasi ---- 10 leaves
5. Ginger ---- 1 inch piece
6. Betal leaf ---- 2 no
7. Pudina ---- 10 leaves
8. Omavalli leaf ---- 10leafs
9. Ajwain ---- 1 teaspoon
10. Garlic paste ---- 1 teaspoon
11. Butter ---- 2 teaspoon
12. Salt to taste
13. Oil for deepfrying
Preparation method
1. Powder the pepper corn & Ajwain.
2. Chop Thulasi , ginger , betal leaf , Pudina, Omavalli leaf finely.
3. Take a bowl and add rice flour , beasn flour , powdered pepper , , chopped ingredient , garlic paste, butter , salt to taste and add little water to it and make as a smooth dough.
4. Heat oil in a pan
5. Now drop small portion of the dough and fry them.
Serve this healthy herbal pakoda with coffee or tea
