Ridiculously busy morning and no time to eat, these thick , flat omelette filling, super healthy diet, I use to prepare this omelette for breakfast.
Ingredients :
1. Egg ---- 1 nos
2. carrots, cabbage, beans, greens, ---- 1/4 cups ( grated)
3. Turmeric powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
4. Black pepper powder ----1 teaspoon
5. Salt to taste
6. Besan flour ---- 1 teaspoon
7. Milk ---- 2 teaspoons
8. Fresh coriander leaves chopped ---- few
9. Cheese ( optional) ---- 1 teaspoon for garnishing
10. Oil ---- 1 teaspoon
Preparation Method
1. Take a bowl , pour a egg in it, then add all mixed grated vegetables, turmeric powder , pepper powder , salt, besan flour , milk , coriander leaves and beat this mixer well.
2. Now heat a dosa-pan and pour it as single omelette.
Easy , healthy , filling in short, great break fast dish.
