Ingredients:
1. Mutton ---- 200 grams
2. Dry red chilli powder ---- 2 teaspoons
3. Turmeric powder ---- 1 pinch
4. Coriander powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
5. Ginger& garlic paste ---- 1/4 teaspoon
6. Finely grinded coconut ---- 6 tablespoons
7. Chopped small onions ---- 1/4 cup
8. Chopped garlic ---- 1 tablespoon
9. Chopped tomatoes ---- 1 nos
10. Salt to taste
11. Garam masala powder ---- 1 pinch
12. Oil ---- 1 teaspoon
13. Curry leaves ---- few
14. Jeera powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
preparation Method:
1. Heat a pressure cooker then add washed mutton, chilli powder, turmeric powder , coriander powder , ginger & garlic paste , salt to taste , water 2 cups and pressure cook for 3 whistle .
2. Then heat a kadai pour 1 teaspoon of oil to it , then add garam masala powder , jeera powder , chopped small onions , chopped garlic , chopped tomatoes , and stir for 2 mintues.
3. Then add the cooked mutton and finely add grinded coconut and cook this in low flame till the gravy becomes thick.
Now you can serve this mutton gravy for plain white rice or jeera pulav , or ghee rice , or dosa & chappaties.
