Ingredients:
1. Mutton cutted into 1 cm size cubes ---- 200 grams
2. Ginger & garlic paste ---- 1/4 teaspoon
3. Garam masala powder ---- 1 pinch
4. Turmeric powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
5. Dry red chilli powder ---- 3/4 teaspoon
6. Jeera powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
7. Oil ---- 1 teaspoon
8. Salt to taste
9. Curry leaves ---- few
10. Chopped small onions ---- 6 nos
Preparation Method:
1. Heat a pressure cooker and add washed mutton , ginger & garlic paste , turmeric powder, chilli powder , salt to taste , and 1 cup of water and pressure cook it for 3 whistle.
2. Then heat a pan add 1 teaspoon of oil to it , then add garam masala powder, jeera powder , curry leaves, chopped small onions , and cooked mutton and stir this in very low flame for 6 mintues .
3. At finnal it should be light dry in form.
