Ingredients:
1. Finely minced mutton ---- 200 grams
2 .Fresh greenpeas ---- 1/2 cup
3 .Green chillies sliced ---- 3 nos
4. Turmeric powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
5. Coriander powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
6 Red chilli powder ---- 1 teaspoon
7 . Salt to taste
8. Finely chopped big onions ---- 1 cup
9. Finely chopped garlic ---- 10 nos
10. Curry leaves ---- few
11. Grated coconut ---- 1 cup
12. Fresh chopped coriander leaves---- Few
13. Garam masala powder ---- 1 pinch
14. Oil ---- 4 teaspoons
Preparation Method:
1. Heat a kadai add washed minced mutton , salt to taste , turmeric powder , coriander powder, chilli powder , and 1 cup of water and close the lid of the kadai and cook for 10 mintues in very low flame or till the mutton cooks soft. Then put off the flame.
2. Then heat a pan add 4 teaspoons of oil to it and add garam masala powder , chopped onions , green chillies , chopped garlics , green peas , and curry leaves and stir till it becomes light golden brown in colour.
3. Then add the cooked minced mutton to it and stir for 5 mintues .
4. Then add the grated coconuts and stir in very low flame for 10 more mintues and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
This is one of the best side dish for rice and biriyani items.
