Ingredients;
1. Prawns ---- 100 grams
2. Ginger & garlic paste ---- 1/2 teaspoon
3. Dry red chilli powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
4. Lemon juice ---- 1 teaspoon
5. Egg ---- 2 nos
6 .Big onion sliced ---- 2 nos
7. Tomotoes chopped ---- 2 nos
8. Green chillies sliced ---- 2 nos
9. Coriander leaves ---- few
10. Salt to taste
11. Oil ---- 2 teaspoons
12. Garam masala powder ---- 1 pinch
Preparation method ;
1. Heat a kadai add 2 teaspoons oil to it , then add garam masala powder , onions , green chillies , tomatoes , ginger & garlic paste , red chilli powder , salt to taste , and finally add the prawns .
2. Stir this for 2 mintues , then add 1/2 cup of water and close the kadai with a lid and cook in low flame for 10 mintues , or till the prawns boil soft .
3. In a bowl pour the eggs and add lemon juice to it and beat the mixture well .
4. When the prawns cooks softly , then add the beaten egg mixture ( do not stir the egg with prawns ) let it cook with egg in very low flame for 3 mintues .
5. Then turn the prawns with egg as a dosa and let it cook for another 2 mintues in very low flame .
6. Then stir the prawns with egg , add chopped coriander leaves to it , and put off the flame .
This is a best side dish for Rice and it goes well with dosa and Rotis
