Ingredients:
1. Mutton ---- 200 grams
2. Maida flour ---- 1 tablespoon
3. Corn flour ---- 1 tablespoon
4. Egg ---- 1 nos
5. Salt to taste
6. Ginger & garlic paste ---- 1/2 teaspoon
7. Soya sauce ---- 1/2 teaspoon
8. Oil for frying
9. Green chillies sliced into half ---- 4 nos
10. Garlic chopped ---- 1 teaspoon
11. Pepper powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
12. Aijinomotto ---- 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation Method:
1. Wash and cut the mutton into pieces of convinent size . Mix mutton with maida flour, corn flour , egg , salt to taste , ginger & garlic paste , soya sauce and little aijinomotto. Keep aside for an hour .
2. Heat a kadai with oil and fry this mutton pieces and keep this aside.
3. Then heat a pan add little oil to it and fry garlic in it , then add soya sauce , green chillies ( then little maida flour, and corn flour , mix with 2 tablespoons of water.) after adding this flour mix it comes in a thick gravy , then add the fried mutton pieces in it and add pepper and salt and remaining aijinomotto and stir well in high flame for just 1 mintue .
4. Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
