Ingredients
1. carrots ---- 2 nos
2. Tomato ---- 1 no
3. Bengal gram dhal ---- 2 tablespoons
4. urad dhal ---- 1 tablespoon
5. red chillies ---- 3 to 4 nos
6. salt to taste
7. garlic ---- 2 flaks
8. coconut ---- 1/2 cup
9. oil ---- 1 teaspoon
preparation method
1. grate the carrots.
2. cut the tomatoes.
3. Heat a kadai and add bengal gram dhal , urad dhal each separately , then roast chillies , then add tomatoes and garlic , then remove it and add grated carrots and saute for 1 minute. Then cool it.
4. Then grind all the fried ingredients , then add grated coconut and grind all together to a fine paste.
5. Then season it with mustard , urad dhal and curry leaves.
