Ingredients ;
1. Tomato ketchup ---- 3 tablespoons
2. soy sauce ---- 3 tablespoons
3. honey ---- 3 tablespoons
4. mustard powder ---- 1 teaspoon
5. brown sugar ---- 3 tablespoons
6. garlic minced ---- 1 teaspoon
7. lemon juice ---- 1 teaspoon
8. boneless & skinless chicken ---- 1/2 kg
9. sea salt to taste
10. freshly cracked pepper ---- 1/2 teaspoon
11. olive oil ---- 1 tablespoon
Preparation Method
1. Add the ketchup , soy sauce , honey , mustard , brown sugar , garlic , lemon juice together in a small pan and cook it in very low flame for 5 minutes. and then put-off the flame.
2. Mix the olive oil and heated ingredients altogether and marinate it with the chicken pieces for 1 to 2 hours.
3. Then skewers alternating the chicken and pineapple pieces. Then season it with sea salt & pepper to taste.
4. Heat a large grill pan over medium high heat & drizzle the pan with olive oil and cook the skewers for 2 minutes on each sides or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the finished skewers from the pan and place on serving tray.
