Ingredients
sugar ---- 1 cup
water ---- 3/4 cup
saffron ---- 1 pinch
maida ---- 1 cup
ghee ---- 2 tablespoon
pista ---- 2 tablespoons finely chopped
oil for frying
lemon juice ---- 1 tablespoon
cardamom powder ---- 1 pinch
preparation method
Heat the ghee and add the ghee to the flour and knead well, add little water to the flour and knead to a soft dough and keep this aside for 20 minutes.

Now boil the water and sugar to 1 string consistency . Add cardamom and keep this aside.
Now knead the flour and divide it same size of balls.
Now roll a ball and to a thin Roti apply a drop of ghee while , rolling Roti, don't use flour.
Now roll all the balls and keep it in a plate.
once you finish rolling all the balls. Take a rolled , Roti and apply little ghee and maida and spread above the Roti, then place another Roti above the ghee spreaded Roti . like wise place all the Roti as layers one over another.
Finally roll like a cylinder tightly and cut into 1/2 inch , then slightly flatten it using the rolling pins.
Then heat oil and fry 2 to 3 pieces per batch in low flame. fry it to golden brown colour.
Now add these fried pieces to warm sugar syrup for 30 seconds and place them to a plate and add chopped pistas on top of the satta.
