Ingredients
1. Raw plantain ---- 2 nos ( chop it )
2. small onions ---- 10 nos ( chop it )
3. salt to taste
4. Turmeric powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
5. coriander powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
6. Red chilli powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
7. mustard ---- 1/4 teaspoon
8. oil ---- 1/2 teaspoon
9. curry leaves few
TO GRIND
1. grated coconut ---- 4 to 5 tablespoons
2. black pepper ---- 1 tablespoon
3. garlic ---- 3 pods
Preparation Method
1. Grind all the grinding ingredients altogether.
2. Now heat a kadai and add 1/2 teaspoon of oil to it , then add mustard , curry leaves and chopped small onions and saute it till light brown colour.
3. Then add chopped raw plantain and add turmeric powder , coriander powder , red chilli powder , salt to taste and 2 cup of water and allow this to boil for 5 to 6 minutes.
4. Then add the grinded mixer and allow to boil till the gravy is thick enough.
Serve this for plain white Rice.
