Ingredients
1. milk ---- 4 cups
2. Boiled macrons ---- 2 cups
3. sugar ---- 1/4 cups
4. cardamon powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
5. saffron ---- 1 pinch
6. sweet condensed milk/ milkmaid ---- 5 to 6 tablespoons
7. Roasted nuts ---- 2 tablespoons finely chopped
preparation method
1. Heat a heavy bottomed vessel with boiled milk and simmer till it is reduced to 1/2 of its quantity , while stirring continuously.
2. Then add boiled pastas and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Then add sugar , cardamon powder and saffron and mix well and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Then finally add sweetened condensed milk or milkmaid and mix and put off the flame and keep it aside till it cools.
5. Finely garnished with roasted nuts and refrigerate at least for 2 hours. serve chilled.
