This is a popular Rajasthani paratha made with corn & wheat flour mixed with finely chopped onions , tomatoes and other spice and pan fried like a parathas. I had corn rawa and i powdered it as flour and i used for this parathas.
Ingredient
1. fresh Corn flour ---- 1 cup
2. Wheat flour ---- 1 cup
3. Green chillies ---- 5 nos ( chop it )
4. Ginger ---- 1 teaspoon ( chop it )
5. Garlic chopped ---- 1 tablespoon ( chop it )
6. Big onions ... ---- 3 nos chop finely
7. Tomatoes ---- 3 nos chop it as cubes
8. coriander leaves ---- few chopped
9. Salt to taste
10. Ghee / Oil
Preparation method
1. Take a bowl and add corn flour , wheat flour, salt , ghee , chopped onions , chopped ginger , garlic , chopped chillies, chopped tomatoes , and mix using little water and make into a soft dough.
2. Then divide the dough into equal portion with the help of dry flour and roll the dough like a sheet.
3. Then add green chilli , coriander , tomatoes on top and once it roll and place the paratha on the hot griddle and cook this with ghee on both sides.
serve this hot with any chutney of your choice
