Ingredients
1. Bajra flour / kambu mavu ---- 1 cup
2. wheat flour ---- 1/2 cup
3. salt to taste
4. Anniseeds ---- 1 tablespoon ( make it as dry powder )
5. dry kasthuri methi leaves ---- 1 to 2 tablespoons
6. Red chilli powder ---- 1 teaspoon
7. Big onion ---- 1 nos ( finely chopped )
8. curry leaves ---- few ( chopped )
9. oil
Preparation method
1. Take a bowl and add bajra flour , wheat flour , salt to taste, kasthuri methi , red chilli powder , aniseed powder , chopped onions and curry leaves. mix everything well.
2. now add boiled water to the flour and knead well and keep this aside for 15 to 20 minutes.( do not add much water ,the dough should be like chapati flour dough)
3. Then divide the dough into equal size balls and roll each ball using a greased plastic sheet.
4. now heat a dosa pan and cook wing little oil until light brown on both sides.
serve this with any chutney or with any Raita of your choice.
note
* The water should not be too hot. ( approximately 50 to 60 degree c )
