small whole ladysfingers cooked with a spicy Andhra style masala
Ingredients
1. ladys fingers ---- 1/4 kg
2. oil ---- 1 tablespoon
3. big onions ---- 2 nos ( chop it )
4. coriander seeds ---- 2 teaspoons
5. cumin seeds ---- 1 teaspoon
6. salt to taste
7. dried red chillies ---- 5 nos
8. Roasted peanuts ---- 1/4 cup
9. garlic ---- 5 cloves
preparation method
1. Heat a pan and dry roast coriander seeds , cumin seeds & red chillies, then cool it.
2. Now powder this roasted ingredients and finally add garlic and roasted peanuts and powder coarsly.
3. Now heat a pan and add oil and then add chopped onions and saute for 2 minutes. Then add ladys fingers and salt and fry till it cooks well.
4. Then add the crushed masala and mix well.
serve hot !
