Ingredients:
1. chicken ---- 1/4 kg
2. ginger & garlic paste ---- 1/4 teaspoon
3. big onion ---- 3 nos ( chopped )
4. tomatoes ---- 3 nos ( grind it using mixer )
5. dry red chilli ---- 6 nos
6. pepper ---- 10 nos
7. salt to taste
8. oil ---- 1 teaspoon
9. garam masala powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
10. turmeric powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
Preparation Method
1. Heat a tava and roast red chilli & pepper , then cool it and grind it.
2. Wash & clean the chicken then marinate it with ginger & garlic paste , turmeric powder , 1 tablespoon of curd , salt to taste and keep it aside for 1/2 hour.
3. Heat a pressure cooker and add 1 tablespoon of oil and garam masala powder and then add chopped onions and saute for a minute.
4. Then add the marinated chicken pieces , grinded tomatoes , grinded red chilli & pepper , salt to taste and saute for 5 minute.
5. Then close the pressure cooker and cook for 2 whistle. finally garnish with coriander leaves.
