You may be knowing it is well documented fact that breakfast is important for concentration and mental performance. We all want our children to be able to concentrate and perform to the best of their abilities at school. so healthy breakfast is more important for them.
Ingredients :
1. paneer ---- 100 grams
2. wheat bread ---- 6 slice
3. oil ---- 1/2 teaspoon
4. black salt to taste
5. amjoor powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
6. red chilli powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
7. big onion ---- 1 nos
8. boiled & mashed potatoes ---- 1 cup
9. coriander leaves few
Preparation Method
1. Cut paneer into very small cubes or grate it, then chop the onions.
2. Heat a pan add oil to it then add chopped onions and paneer cubes , then add salt , amjoor powder , chilli powder and coriander leaves and stir this in very low flame till light golden brown colour., then add mashed potatoes & stir for 2 minute.
3. Then put-off the flame and stuff this mixer in bread slice and toast it in a pan or bread toaster.
4. Now serve this with a glass of any juice.
