Ingredients :
1. Bottle gourd ---- 2 cups ( chopped as ring )
2. Besan flour ---- 1 tablespoon
3. Roasted peanuts ---- 1 tablespoon
4. Red chilli powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
5. salt to taste
6. oil ---- 1 teaspoon
Preparation Method
1. Remove ends, peel & chop bottle gourd into thin rings.
2. Heat a pan and boil the bottle gourd adding little salt & water, when it cooks soft then put-off the flame.
3. Now heat a pan with a teaspoon of oil and add the cooked bottle -gourd rings , besan flour , roasted and crushed peanuts , red chilli powder and stir well for 2 minute. Then put-off the flame.
Serve hot with steamed rice ,or chapatties
