Poha Rolls

Ingredients

1.  poha  /  Aval                              ---- 1 cup
2.  bread                                         ---- 3 slice
3.  Roasted  peanuts                       ---- 1/4 cup
4.  Amchur powder                        ---- 1/4 teaspoon
5.  garam masala powder               ---- 1/4 teaspoon
6.  Red chilli powder                     ---- 1/2 teaspoon
7.  bread crumbs                           ---- 2 teaspoons
8.   salt to taste
9.   oil
10.  coriander leaves few

Preparation  Method

1.   Wash  the poha  and strain  the  excess  water.
2.   Coarsely  grind  the roasted  peanuts ,  grind  the  bread  slice  and  poha  coarsely.
3.   Now  take  a  bowl  and  add  grinded  ingredients ,  chillies , coriander leaves   and  mix  well.
4.   Now  roll  into  desirable  shapes.
5.   Now  shallow  fry  or  deep  fry  the  rolls.
Serve   this  hot  with Tamarind  chutney.
