Ingredients
1. whole wheat bread ---- 6 slice
2. chopped onions ---- 2 tablespoons
3. chopped tomatoes ---- 5 tablespoons
4. green gram spourts ---- 5 tablespoons
5. sweet corn ---- 5 tablespoons
6. Amchur powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
7. jeera powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
8. red chilli powder ---- 1 teaspoon
9. capcicum ---- 1/2 no ( chop it )
10. salt to taste
11. chola masala powder ---- 1/2teaspoon
12. oil ----- 1 tablespoon
13. coriander leaves to garnish
Preparation method
1. Cut the wheat bread into cubes and fry it in the micro wave ( fry for 1 minute in micro wave high )
2. Now heat a pan and add oil to it then add the chopped onions and fry till light goldern brown.
3. Then add the green gram spourts , sweet corn, salt to taste , chopped tomatoes , jeera powder , red chilli powder and fry this till the tomatoes cook soft. ( you can add little water to cook tomatoes )
4. Then add the capcicum, amchur powder , chola masala powder , bread cubes and fry for 2 minutes.
5. Finally garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve this simple and tasty upma hot !
