Ingredients
1. macaroni ---- 3/4 cup
2. besan flour ---- 1/2 cup
3. rice flour ---- 2 tablespoons
4. salt to taste
5. big onion ---- 1 no ( chopped )
6. green chillies ---- 5 nos ( chopped )
7. curry leaves & coriander leaves ---- few
8. oil for deep frying
preparation method
1. Boil macaroni in water till they are soft and tender. Then drain the water and wash in running water to avoid sticking.
2. Take a bowl add besan flour , rice flour , salt to taste , chopped onions , chopped green chillies , pepper powder , curry leaves , coriander leaves and mix altogether . Then add cooked macaroni and sprinkle little water and make a paste just enough like a dropping consistency.
3. Heat oil for deep frying and drop in hot oil in small sizes and deep fry till they are cooked.
Remove and serve with tomato sauce.
