Ingredients:
1. White rawa ---- 1 cup
2. Maida flour ---- 1/2 cup
3. Raw rice flour ---- 3/4 cup
4. Salt to taste
5. Oil
6. Chopped curry leaves ---- few
7. Jeera ---- 1 teaspoon
8. Crushed pepper ---- 1 teaspoon
9. Chopped onions ---- 2 tablespoons
10. Finely chopped carrots ---- 1 tablespoon
11. Asofotida ---- 2 pinch
Preparation Metho
1. Take a bowl add Rawa, maida flour , raw rice flour , salt to taste , chopped curry leaves , jeera , crushed pepper , chopped onions , finely chopped carrots , asofotida and add 3 to 4 cups of water and mix it as watery.
2. Keep this mixed dosa flour for 1 to 2 hours.
3. Then heat a dosa - pan and pour this rawa dosa and serve it very crispy.
Serve this rawa- dosa with coconut chutney, or sambar , or onion chutney, or carrot chutney.
