Ingredients:
1. Big onions ---- 1/2 cup ( chopped )
2. Tomatoes ---- 1/2 cup ( chopped )
3. Mixed vegetables
( peas , carrot , beans etc) ---- 1/2cup ( chopped )
4. Rava ( semolina ) ---- 1/2 cup
5. Roasted vermicelli ---- 1/2 cup
6. garam masala powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
7. salt to taste
8. curd ---- 2 tablespoons
9. Red chilli powder ---- 1 teaspoon
10. ginger & garlic paste ---- 1/4 teaspoon
11. oil ---- 2 tablespoons
Preparation Method
1. Heat a kadai with oil , then add garam masala powder , onions , chopped vegetables , chopped tomatoes, ginger & garlic paste and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Then add rava & vermicelli and roast for another 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Then add salt to taste , curd , red chilli powder , 2 cups of boiled water and slow down the flame and close the kadai with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Finally add 1 tablespoon of ghee and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
Serve this with Raita.
* while serving in plate sprinkle some mixture or omapotti and serve it.
