Poondu Milakai Chutney

Ingredients

1.    Dry  Red chillies                                 ---- 5 nos

2.   salt  to  taste

3.   Garlic                                                 ---- 10 to 15 flakes

4.   oil                                                      ---- 2 teaspoons

5.   mustard & urad dhal                           ---- 1 teaspoon

6.   curry leaves                                       ---- few

Preparation  Method

1.    Grind  red chillies ,   salt ,   garlic  altogether  adding   little  water   to  it.

2.    Then   season  it  with  mustard ,  urad dhal  &  curry leaves.
Serve   this  chutney   for  hot Iddlies  &  dosa.    This  kara chutney   makes  us  to  eat  one  or  two Iddlies  more.
