Ingredients :
1. wheat flour ( or ) multi grain flour ---- 2 cups
2. salt to taste
3. warm water ---- as needed
Knead the dough to non-sticky consistency similar to chapattis dough and keep this dough aside for 30 minutes.
For Stuffing
1. soya chunk ---- 1/2 cup
2. panner ---- 100 grams
3. Big onion ---- 1 no
4. Red chilli powder ---- 1 teaspoon
5. garam masala powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
6. salt to taste
7. Amjoor powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
8. chaat masala powder ---- 1/4 teaspoon
Preparation Method For Stuffing
1. Soak soya chunk in hot water for 10 minutes, then wash & squeeze the water from it and grind it as a granuals using your mixer jar.
2. Grate the panner.
3. Chop the onions
4. Now heat a pan add 1/4 teaspoon of oil and add garam masala powder, chopped onions , soya granuals , salt to taste , red chilli powder and saute for 2 minutes.
5. Then add grated panner , amjoor powder , chaat masala powder and saute for 2 more minutes and then put-off the flame.
Preparation Method of Parathas
1. Now make equal sized balls out of the dough and the stuffing.
2. Roll the dough ball to a thick palm sized circle.
3. Then keep the stuffing in the middle and cover it from all sides towards the middle and press to a patty.
4. Now roll as thin as possible so that the dough covers the stuff as a thin layers.
5. Then heat a dosa pan and cook the parathas both sides in medium low-flame , add little oil to it till golden brown.
Serve this soy & panner stuffed parathas with any Raitha's or with any thokku.
