Ingredients :
1. Any type of Indian pasta ---- 2 cups
( I used here tube pasta )
2. Big onions ---- 2 nos ( chopped )
3. Big ripe tomatoes ---- 3 nos
4. Kashmiri chilli powder ---- 3/4 teaspoon
5. garam masala powder ---- a pinch
6. panner ---- 100 grams ( finely chopped )
7. olive oil ---- 1 tablespoon
8. chilli oil ---- 1/4 teaspoon
9. coriander leaves or parsley to garnish
Preparation Method
1. Boil the whole tomatoes with little water for 3 to 4 minutes then cool it, peel the skin and grind it as a puree using the mixer jar.
2. Heat a sauce pan with 3 cups of water and salt to taste and add pastas & cook till it is soft. Then wash it in running water and drain the water and keep it aside adding 1/4 teaspoon of chilli oil to it.
3. Now heat a pan with a teaspoon of oil and add garam masala powder , chopped onions and saute for 1 to 2 minutes, then add the tomato puree , chilli powder and a pinch of salt and saute this for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Then add the boiled pasta and saute for another 1 to 2 minutes.
5. Finally add the chopped panner cubes and saute for 1 to 2 minutes and put-off the flame and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves & parsley leaves.
Serve this hot.
* This will be our kids favorite item..
* It takes nearly 15 to 20 minutes to prepare this breakfast & it is also one of the easiest one to cook.
