Ingredients
1. Bitter-gourd ---- 1 medium size
2. Besan flour / gram flour ---- 2 tablespoons
3. Tamarind ---- small pebblesize
4. salt to taste
5. oil ---- 1 tablespoon
6. Red chilli powder ---- 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation Method
1. Wash & remove the ends of the bitter gourd. chop the bitter gourd into thin circles.
2. Now boil the bitter gourd with tamarind water and salt to taste till it cook well, then keep it aside.
3. Now heat oil in a pan and add cooked bitter gourd pieces and fry for couple of minutes to let bitter gourd slices turn light brown a round the ends.
4. Now add besan flour , red chiili powder and cook on low-flame for 5 minute or until besan loses its raw smell.
Serve bitter gourd fry for Rice.
