Raddish Chutney

Ingredients:

1.       Raddish                                                  ---- 1 nos   (   big  size )

2.       green  chillies                                         ---- 4 nos

3.       grated   coconut                                     ---- 2 tablespoons

4.       salt  to  taste

5.       urad dhal                                               ---- 1 teaspoon

6.       Broken   channa dhal                              ---- 1 teaspoon

7.       oil                                                           ---- 1 teaspoon

8.      mustard                                                    ---- few

9.     curry  leaves                                              ---- few


Preparation  Method


1.      Grate   the      Raddish.

2.       Dry   roast    urad dhal     &     broken  channa dhal       then     by   adding      1/2  teaspoon    of  oil     fry    grated    raddish     and   green  chillies  till   the  raw  smell  vanishes.

3.       Then     along   with    the    roasted     ingredients    add    salt  to  taste       and   grated    coconut       and    grind    it  to  a  smooth  paste ,    by  using  your  mixer  jar.

4.       Now   season   it   with    mustard ,    urad dhal      and   curry  leaves.
