Ingredients :
1. Amla ---- 6 nos ( big in size )
2. Sugar ---- 2 cups ( small cup )
3. Water ---- 1 cup
Preparation Method
1. Wash amla under running tap water.
2. Put amals in boiling water and boil for 2 mintues and keep it aside for 5 mintues.
3. Then drain amals from water and using knife skrach the amals in 6 to 8
parts. ( This helps to absorb the sweetness & also easy to cut amla with a spoon and eat. )
4. Heat a bowl with 1 cup of water , then add 2 cups of sugar and boil to 1 thread consistency , then add amlas and allow to boil for 5 mintues . Then put-off the flame and keep it aside for 1 hour.
5. Then drain amals , boil the syrup again for 2 to 3 thread consistency , then add amals , and boil for 4 to 5 mintues.
6. Allow this to cool to room temperature.
7. Now you can serve this healthy dessert. Enjoy !! ! eating such healthy desserts.

* You can store this in air tight jar . under refregiration you can preserve till a
